Gurugram, 7th November, 2025: K2 Infragen Ltd is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Vikas Lakhanpal as Additional Director (Executive) on its Board and Wholetime Director for a term of five years, subject to shareholders’ approval. This strategic appointment strengthens the company’s leadership as it continues its journey toward strategic growth, operational excellence, and innovation-driven transformation. Mr. Lakhanpal will lead and drive the Supply Chain function, playing a pivotal role in optimizing the company’s operations.
With nearly three decades of experience in global supply chain management, operations, and business leadership at companies like Honda Motors, LG, Honeywell, Indus Towers, and American Towers, Mr. Lakhanpal brings deep expertise in process excellence, efficiency improvement, and large-scale business transformation. A Mechanical Engineer and alumnus of the Indian School of Business (ISB), he is also a certified Six Sigma and Lean expert.
