The Tamil Nadu Chapter of the Indian Exhibitions, Conferences & Events Services Association (IESA) showcased Conclave’26 marking a significant milestone for the event industry in the region.
The launch witnessed an impressive 102 companies, with a majority being first-time participants, reflecting growing industry confidence, expanding engagement, and accelerating momentum within the ecosystem.
The event brought together leading industry voices, including Mr. Vinod Gopal, Vice President – EEMA, and other distinguished guests who emphasized unity, collaboration, and structured growth for the evolving event sector.

The Conclave Core Committee, under the guidance of Mr. Santhosh, played a pivotal role in the successful execution of the launch event, demonstrating strong teamwork, strategic coordination, and unified leadership.
In his address, President Mr. B. Punithan reaffirmed the chapter’s commitment to strengthening networks, increasing industry participation, and positioning Tamil Nadu as a dynamic force in the national events landscape ahead of Conclave’26 scheduled to be held on 26 June 2026 at a star hotel in Chennai.
The strong participation and overwhelming response sent a clear message:
IESA Tamil Nadu is not just organizing events, it is building a stronger, more connected industry platform for the development of industry, MNC’s, SME’s etc by collaborative marketing and strategic branding.
