Delhi/Gurugram, 18th July, 2025: Kamdhenu Jeevandhara Foundation, the corporate social responsibility arm of Kamdhenu Group, organized a plantation drive under its flagship initiative ‘Go Green’ near Sikanderpur Metro Station, Gurugram. The drive witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and volunteers. Led by Ms. Radha Agarwal, the volunteers planted saplings in the open park adjoining the metro premises.
Ms. Radha Agarwal, Chairperson, Kamdhenu Jeevandhara Foundation said. “Planting a tree today is investing in a healthier tomorrow. I am proud to see students actively participating in this green initiative. It is important for everyone to understand their role in protecting the environment and creating a better future for the next generation.”
The plantation drive aims to enhance the city’s green cover while encouraging citizens to adopt eco-friendly practices in their daily lives. Kamdhenu Jeevandhara Foundation regularly organises such drives as part of its CSR vision to build a cleaner, greener, and healthier India. Kamdhenu Group also organises various welfare programmes such as blood donation campaigns, basic computer courses for underprivileged youth and tailoring programmes for underprivileged women to empower them with skills for a sustainable livelihood.
