Savor the Rains with “Paus Ala”: A Monsoon Culinary Trail at 3 Spices

This monsoon season, 3 Spices at DoubleTree by Hilton Pune-Chinchwad invites guests to immerse themselves in the comforting, nostalgic flavours of Indian monsoons with Paus Ala – A Monsoon Culinary Trail, month long vibrant dinner buffet festival. Designed to celebrate regional specialties that evoke the warmth and coziness of rainy-day cravings, the festival will take diners on a delicious journey across India.

The experience begins with the bold and earthy flavours of West India from 1st to 7th July, featuring beloved dishes from Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Rajasthan. From 8th to 15th July, the spotlight shifts to a Monsoon Chaat Counter offering a mouth-watering spread of street-style favourites including palak patta chaat, samosa chaat, aloo tikki chaat, and kachori chaat – perfect for satisfying those crispy, tangy cravings.

The trail continues from 16th to 23rd July with specialties from North and East India, where guests can indulge in comforting dishes reminiscent of home-style cooking from regions like Delhi, Bengal, and Assam. To conclude the culinary journey, the final week from 24th to 30th July brings Chef’s Specials from the live grill with a selection of grilled corn, cottage cheese, tofu, chifu, and seasonal English vegetables – all infused with smoky flavours that perfectly complement the monsoon mood.

So, visit 3 Spices at Double Tree by Hilton Pune-Chinchwad to savour the monsoon with soulful dishes that bring back cherished memories, reimagined with signature hospitality and a contemporary twist.
