Gaurav Bharadwaj’s ‘Zaaviye’: A Captivating Photography Journey Bridging the Seen and Unseen in New Delhi

Zaaviye’, an Urdu word meaning angles or perspectives, brings together imagery and poetry in a rare and delicate embrace. What began as a dream now unfolded in an intimate exhibition and a finely crafted coffee table book along with poem recitation by a multifaceted trailblazer Minu Bakshi happened on Tuesday, 25th November 2025 at Visual Art Gallery, India Habitat Centre, Lodhi Road, New Delhi 110003.

Guests including Muzaffar Ali (Indian filmmaker and fashion designer), Mr. Peter Knoope, Raka Bal, Sadaf Khan, Arushi Kathuria, Artist Divyaman Singh, Dr. Rennie Joyy, Nidhi Jain, Mehakk Jain, Sabita Bhatia, Radhika Manocha and many more graced the evening with their presence.

The project features 32 evocative black-and-white photographs by Gaurav Bharadwaj, each accompanied by a verse graciously gifted by Gulzar Saab. Together, they form a meditative conversation between word and image a dialogue between what is visible and what lingers in the poetic unseen.

The exhibition is open for all from 26th November till 01st December, 2025 from 11 am 07 pm at Visual Art Gallery, India Habitat Centre, Lodhi Road, New Delhi – 110003.

Envisioned and brought to life by Gaurav a Master of Fine Arts, art director, and award-winning advertising photographer with nearly three decades of experience ‘Zaaviye’ was born from a dream that now finds expression in both a finely crafted book and a profound Photography exhibition.

“Through ‘Zaaviye’, viewers are invited to experience the quiet resonance of emotion, thought, and artistry where poetry lends voice to photographs, and photographs breathe life into poetry. It is a space where two mediums dissolve their boundaries to explore perspective, emotion, and memory said Gaurav Bharadwaj”.
