Keeping a strong focus on renewable energy, water efficiency, low carbon techniques and waste management, ITC Gardenia was also recognised for excellence in energy efficiency by CII in 2024. The hotel continues to demonstrate its commitment to sustainable practices.
The journey of Responsible luxury at ITC Hotels started with ITC Gardenia. ITC Gardenia– a model of environmental stewardship, integrated eco-conscious practices with luxury hospitality. The hotel may be considered a timely reminder that Bangalore has always been India’s ultimate Garden City. The wind-cooled Atrium Lobby, with its vertical hanging gardens, leads out to the Central Courtyard Garden, in the midst of which stands the multi-pillared Lotus Pavilion – its sloping roofs covered with a lawn of fresh green grass aptly referred to as a ‘Living Room with a Living Roof’.
Reaffirming its commitment to the environment, ITC Gardenia endeavours to offer luxury hospitality embedded in efficient sustainability practices, harnessing the elements of nature in an inspired setting for memorable guest experiences.
