This menu is a luscious tribute to Indian summer’s spirit and the nostalgia of Alphonso mangoes. The carefully prepared range discovers mango in bold flavours, vibrant hues, and innovative kitchen turns.The guests are served with Crispy Prawns with Spicy Alphonso Salsa, Tokyo Mango Sando, Mango Sushi, Spicy Mango Curry, and the delectable Mango Pull-Me-Up dessert. Every dish is a creative reinterpretation of international favourites, delicately constructed with mango at the centre, presenting strong flavours and a new dining experience that reconciles the familiar and the surprising.
The beverages pair with the food with equal flair. At the top of the list is the Mangifera cocktail, a crisp, gin-based drink topped with raw mango and ginger pickle infusion, concluding with a house-made raw mango sorbet.
