Nikhil Jadhav Appointed AGM Marketing at Criticare Asia Hospital

Mumbai, 05th November, 2025: Criticare Asia Multispecialty Hospital & Research Centre has appointed Mr. Nikhil Jadhav as Assistant General Manager Corporate & Community Marketing. Bringing over 20 years of expertise in hospital operations, business development, and strategic marketing, Jadhav will drive growth, brand positioning, and community engagement across the hospital network.

Prior to joining Criticare Asia, he served as Chief Marketing Officer Strategy at the Apex Group of Hospitals, Mumbai, where he developed long-term community marketing frameworks. Most recently, he was Director Strategy, Business Development & Operations at the Heart Health India Foundation, focusing on patient outreach, community engagement for cardiac patients, and operational efficiency.

Jadhav also contributes to entrepreneurship and academia as a mentor with E-Cell, IIT Bombay and the Wadhwani Foundation, guiding young entrepreneurs in strategy and go-to-market planning. He has founded two healthcare startups, including Healthy Labs, which was acqui-hired by Healthians, the diagnostics company backed by Yuvraj Singh.

Speaking on his appointment, Jadhav said, “Community marketing is the strongest bridge between hospitals and the people they serve. India’s deep-rooted community ecosystem provides an ideal platform to educate, connect, and empower people towards better health. My aim is to ensure meaningful healthcare access across all communities within the hospital’s reach.”

Criticare Asia Multispecialty Hospital & Research Centre operates four hospitals across Mumbai with over 600 operational beds. Led by Dr. Deepak Namjoshi and Dr. Masuma Namjoshi, the group is a pioneer in multi-specialty and critical care healthcare. Jadhav’s appointment will strengthen corporate relations, community outreach, and brand engagement initiatives across Mumbai.
